I scheduled a work happy hour here for my company departure and wasn’t quite a fan of the arrangement. We had asked to reserve a standing area to mix and mingle and they gave us an area tucked away in the back that felt like an inconvenience. The tables were low to the floor which was not a standing mix and mingle at all. Just kinda put a damper on the vibe we were going for since we were all just sitting down. Everything else was fine. Feedback for management is to train the staff to start from the customer and work backwards. A 4:30pm happy hour should be able to get a nicer arrangement.

Food was legitimately not good. One of the pizzas we couldn’t even finish due to taste. The other was simply pepperoni and not much better. Service was pretty slow, we just ate here to see a show across the street after. Pretty slimy to add a mandatory 20% service fee on to your tab for all parties size. I would recommend you find somewhere else to eat or go to Dominos if you’d like pizza.

Pizza was delicious but Kelly the server was the best part! He was so kind and attentive. He was so busy but still made the experience great!

The location is great if you're going to a show at the Paramount & I think they rely in that. Service was friendly but haphazard (food came at wildly different times & our dessert for got lost).
The food or was pretty mid.
The upside is that it's a big space so getting a table at the last minute was easy.

20% service fee added to your tab. No thanks
Horrible service, mandatory 20% service fee to add insult to injury. Waited 20 after everyone was done eating at a nearly empty restaurant to pay. Finally had to flag someone down to go hunt our waitress down to be able to pay with zero apology or recognition of us being ignored 30 minutes from when food was served until we flagged someone down.

Imagine going for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and spending 95 dollars total for two salads, one alcoholic beverage and one iced tea. The iced tea itself was SIX DOLLARS. I asked if the cesar dressing was mayo based, they said no. Clearly in the picture it is lol The chicken i added on my salad was a tiny chicken breast cooked to at least 190 degrees. It was very overcooked...for 9 dollars extra. Oh and the worst part? 20% service charge on each bill. So no matter what type of service you get, they are getting 20% anyways. Plenty of other options in the area with no service charge and better food.

This restaurant is located right at the main entrance to the Summit building of the Seattle Convention Center. It has a large patio that opens onto the entry courtyard. I had talked to several people who ate there prior to my visit, and they all said the food was excellent but was very expensive. Quite true. I feel like this isn’t just an expense due to convenience, but because the food and service is very good. If you look at the fine print on the menu picture I uploaded, you’ll see a statement about how they pay staff and that a 20% gratuity is included in all bills.
I went with a friend. We sat at a cute two person table on the patio. The staff did a great job of accommodating for my friend’s allergy. We shared an asparagus dip and house-made potato chip appetizer; it was incredibly delicious, but about half our chips were crumbs that were impossible to dip, but when we asked for more chips, the server had more brought out without quibbling.
I had the Caesar salad, which was huge and very fresh. I had a local cider from Yonder along with it. My friend had the chicken parmigiana, which was huge. She gave me a piece of her chicken, and it was very good.

Service is fine. The food is aggressively mediocre. Portion sizes are adequate, though pricy. Overall, it's a place that serves food and if that's your only requirement, it'll do.

The automatic gratuity fee is high and not openly disclosed. The food and location was great, but prices are misleading.
Hopefully this fee will be made more obvious to customers in the future.

Honestly one of the most solid places to sit at the counter and eat, across town. High peak spot during conventions and events, but super solid before a gig across the street, too.
