We were heading to Pike Place for an improv show at Unexpected Products and had limited time to eat. We found this place for take-out and decided to give it a chance.First, parking in this area of Georgetown is a nightmare. But we somehow found a spot very close by.Second, we weren't sure where we were going to eat once we got said take-out. But they do have limited seating inside, AND we got a table!Third, we were super short on time and thought we might not get our food with enough time to eat because we saw all the tickets ahead of us. But, as luck was on our side, we got our food quickly! And it was absolutely delicious! Lots of vegan and non- vegan options. SO GOOD!

We stopped by Bopbox for dinner before going to see a friend’s band nearby. The space has really good vibes and really good communication. The tempura kale is incredible- try it. Got the japchae and it was well made and good. I did not the spicy one- which I regretted after trying the one my hubby got. They have vegan options for their items and that’s great. The spicy cucumber was good. The house made drink was well balanced and flavorful. I got the gingerade with chia seeds.Looking forward to ordering from them and going back, and experiencing their food in more compostable/sustainable packaging.Really liked the vibes. Good post meal feels.

Ordered via food delivery app. The packaging was neat and the box was filled with variety of banchan (korean side dishes) ?Was hoping the sparkling ume drink is home made, but it’s not. It is also sold at nearby Whole Foods at slightly lower price (-40 cents).

Loved it! Food came out fresh and piping hot, everything was flavorful, and there were a ton of vegetarian and vegan options clearly labeled on their menu. Spicy items are tasty and have a kick but not blow your mind hot - think 3 stars out of 5 at a typical Asian restaurant. The service was also great - the guy at the front was really friendly and answered all our questions patiently even though the restaurant was clearly swamped with takeout/delivery orders. I forgot my bag and both he and another worker chased after me to return it - thank you!! It's very casual dining with self-serve water and utensils and such. Everything was clean. The restaurant is quite small with just a handful of tables so keep that in mind if you want to dine in with a big group.Vegetarian options: Almost every dish can be made using tofu as the main protein

Delicious Asian fusion bowls! Their tempura kale is great, and we go for lunch or dinner regularly.

The rating is the average between 4 stars for food and zero stars for value/service.This place is ridiculous. First of all, it’s in the middle of nowhere. Then, you pay $50 for two rice bowls. And then you don’t even get a plate, you eat out of a cardboard box. And then you bus your own table. And on top of that, they told us not to stay too long.So it’s like a glorified food truck for the price of a middle tier sit down restaurant. Why did I come here, again?

We had been wanting to try this restaurant after reading all the raving reviews, however after our first order we found it quite disappointing— the Yakisoba was way over seasoned — had no choice but to throw the entire dish away because it was simply too salty to be edible :/

I'm totally into the concept of this place, but gotta admit, it's a bit on the pricey side for what you get. Tried the salad box, and oh boy, it was way too salty for my liking. On the bright side, the tempura kale was absolutely bomb, and their version of cucumber kimchi (they call it something else) hit the spot. The inside is pretty small and if you're going during the weekday during lunch rush, I would definitely take out rather than sit in. Overall, the taste didn't quite live up my expectations, though. My dish was excessively salty, almost on the edge of barely edible. Despite this, I'm willing to give it another shot and see if my experience improves. Hoping for a better rating next time!

*vegan review*Went here with a friend for dinner and it was SO YUMMY, can't wait to go back! I ordered the japchae with spicy tofu and loved it. I wouldn't call it very spicy, just well seasoned with a tiny tiny kick (which was perfect for me!) I appreciated that the vegan menu items/options were clearly labeled. The woman working was also very sweet :) Excited to try their sister restaurant Made In House too!

Excellent fast casual Korean food. Ordering was easy on a kiosk and the food came out quickly. It was plentiful and plenty tasty!

Love this spot for a healthy lunch in Georgetown. The gluten free option, Moms Medley with veggies is delicious and the hospitality is excellent. Min is so always so friendly when I come in and was very helpful with my allergy! The gluten free brownie is also delicious!
