What a cool spot for breakfast in Georgetown. It’s like an eclectic knickknack shop mated with an exceptional coffee house and had a beautiful restaurant as a child. In a city where you'll hear "how hot is the medium?" repeatedly, Brother Joe's brings some actual flavor to their dishes. It's counter service and that lends towards the meals being a bargain for what you get; Incredible food with a vibe that will scare off the more uppity Seattleites (thankfully). Their pork chile verde (burrito or bowl) is the best of the sort in Seattle with some real, and rare around here, NM flavor in there. We ordered the burrito and the lobster roll. The burrito was incredible and the lobster roll was an interesting take on a New England style role, very creative with the avocado, but a tad heavy on the mayo and celery. The loss of a star for me was the set up for seating inside. It was set up in a way that did not maximize seating, so that only a few people could sit inside at once.
