1st time here. Grabed a single cheese burger and krinkle cut fries. Really good quality sandwich. Fries hot, crisp and fluffy on the interior. Perfect lunch. Next time...I'm heading for the double. Cool O.G. vibes.

The self serve kiosks do not work, and trying to get a cashier's attention feels awful

Best burger in Seattle! I always get a super single and one of their huge soft serve cones.

Boss sauce is way way too hot for anyone that doesn't enjoy spicy food. If you do you'll enjoy it. The self service menu is pure basic and won't allow you to order sauces as you wish. Meaning you can't order 2 of the same sauce, machine requires 2 different sauces. If you want more, it doesn't allow multiple counts, just 1 extra. There is a lot to be non desirable, but it's ok if you like a spicy burger place.

Only 24/7 place within a mile radius where I stay in West Seattle, prices are cheap enough and their ice cream machines for milk shakes ARE NEVER broken !

This is a great burger joint and they have a nice selection of chicken sandwiches and great fries that are not too greasy! If you dont want to wait during obvious popular times then order online! Its 2025. Lol. There is one opening even closer to my house in Burien. So cool!

This place used to be great. Hadn’t been there in several months. Wished I’d seen the “OK” rating on the window before I bought it. That’s like a “C” rating in California scale. Otherwise known as “good luck“. And I gotta tell you I’ve been regretting it ever since. Absolutely disgusting. I think I might throw up later. I think I might have to make myself throw up later. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I’m pretty sure it has to do with whoever the owners aren’t today. Do yourself a favor. Keep walking.

Tried this place out. From the outside appearance, I almost left to go somewhere else, but approached the counter. Saw the “Okay” food rating on the window which indicates they met the minimum food safety requirement and again, almost left but figured I’d try it anyway. I looked through the walk up glass inside, and it looked disheveled and unkept. Hesitant, I ordered the Super Single cheese burger. The burger was barely passable and completely void of any flavor. The “Boss Sauce” was a weird knock off version of In and Out’s sauce which only added to the ruining of a potentially decent burger. The crinkle fries were fine. I would not go back, and the only recommendation I’d have is for anyone to continue driving to somewhere else.

Overall, great food! The fries are good, the sandwiches are good, and the desserts are great. The menu is very extensive and there's lots of great options. It's quite cheap, but the portions are solid and the food always tastes fresh. The wait is usually 15 to 20 minutes, but it's well worth it. We've already gone twice and plan to again.

Pretty decent for a burger joint. Prices are cool. Tonight was a little chaotic. Waited 36 minutes to get my food, which is kind of insane. They weren’t updating the number on the screen, calling the numbers out or sending texts to notify that my order was ready. A guy who came well after me finally went to the window to ask if the number on the screen was correct and apparently it wasn’t. Still didn’t get updated after he was handed his order. I kept going to the window to ask if my order was ready or how much longer it would take, but there was only one person at the front and he was obviously preoccupied. Anyhoo, finally calls order 659. Mind you, I’m 656 and I’d been waiting almost forty minutes before I got my order. Fries literally had no seasoning, and were cold. Burger wasn’t bad, but wasn’t worth an almost forty minute wait. I get they’re busy and they’re doing their best, but I think staying a little more organized — especially when they’re rushed — would be a little less overwhelming for them.
