They really know what they're doing. I mean like... they really do. Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Gnocchi tots are insane.

Great food, but really disappointing that they have recently bumped up all burger and sandwich menu items prices by $5. $38 for 2 burgers that don’t come with sides and a basket of fries. Below are the increase in

I'd rate this a 5 BUT they are ALWAYSSSSSS out of the Brussels sprouts salad. That's my favorite item, just take it off the menu already.

I don't know what it is with so many burger places and their insistence on adding some sort of sauce, especially "special" sauces, to their burgers without making it clear to the customer what it is or that it's going on your burger, but I hate it. Menu just says "cheese burger deluxe" or something with no indication that it includes sauce. Not everyone likes sauce, especially not whatever "special" sauce they make. They do not toast the buns, and remember this is an outdoor food truck, and it's cool outside today. Burger felt cold the moment they handed it to me, and was actually cold by the time I got to eating it. The buns just sapped most of the heat from the patty. It seems, as other reviewers have mentioned this same issue, that they still have not learned their lesson in at least two years in business.I also ate their curly fries, and like another reviewer mentioned, they were overcooked and really dry. Then they shove a tablet in your face when you pay, with more than half the screen taken up by tipping options. Tipping culture has gotten so out of hand in the US, it's insane. Why are they asking for tips for doing nothing more than their job? Did they walk out of the food truck and hand it to me just 20 feet away? No, of course not, they just did their job, and wanted more money for it. I swear EVERYWHERE does it these days, and it is infuriating. These places will never get a good review from me, and I want my $5 tip back that they pressured me to giving them for a lousy ~$16 1/4 pound burger. There are far better and cheaper burgers around Seattle. In fact, McDonalds would have been more enjoyable, and cheaper. My suggestion is to avoid this place.

Disgusting wait times, super hot and cold staff, also has a pretty aggressive cook there. Better luck going to Peco’s Pit on your lunch trip!

My favorite chicken sando.
We ate gnocchi and a 20 piece chicken tenders side orders. The gnocchi had WAY TOO MUCH garlic, and we like garlic, that came with a pasta sauce for dipping. We gave it a try and tossed it. The chicken tenders were overcooked, dried out and terribly salty.Perhaps it was an off day, we were there on a Sunday the day before July 4, our experience was; don't bother with the food.We didn't try any of the adult beverages and have nothing to say about them.
