We had a reunion Sunday of employees of the former Cobalt Group at Seattle Cider. If you’re considering a work or personal event, I can personally recommend this wonderful place.
The space is open and elegantly simple. Between our event and an art paint and sip event, we filled the venue. Somehow, the staff kept up with everyone’s orders, all with a casual friendliness we expect in Seattle.

What a fun experience! There are so many ciders to explore, and the staff helps with any and all decisions. @Aspen made all decisions easier by suggesting pairings tailored directly to your tastes! I would come back strictly to have Aspen as my server again, so worth the personal touch in your cider experience!

Food options are available through food trucks outside, with highlights being the perfectly fried and crispy onion rings and not too salty French fries. The cider selection is incredible, with the Marionberry, Honey Crisp, and Dry ciders receiving positive mentions. There are a couple dozen ciders on tap, along with a rotating selection of about 10 local beers. The 3 Pepper Cider was noted to be lacking in spice, despite being labeled as such. The establishment is dog-friendly and became kid-friendly in August 2025. It offers shuffleboard for entertainment, and the outdoor seating is good. While the location may be inconvenient for some, parking is easy once you arrive. The food menu is small but good, and the establishment plans to add more items in the future.
