Got a small banh mi that cost $9.50 and wanted to eat there, but the staff didn’t let me know beforehand that they don’t heat it. Other than that, place is nice.
Frequently my go to despite many shops in the area. If you are a coffee snob, they have the best beans.
Today the folks working the counter were amazing!! Had some somewhat unpleasant interactions in the past with staff.

Though I find the name change to Fred coffee to come off as pretentious; this is the perfect example of a coffee house. All of the barista‘s are friendly and can make excellent latte. The the atmosphere is perfect for getting work done, meeting with a friend or just sitting to relax.
