This is my official teriyaki place. After some neighborhood exploring, this one is the best.
Generous, perfect portions.
Teriyaki has a great char and sauce ratio.
Katsu has perfect crunch and plenty of meat.
Getting just as pricey as any brick & mortar restaurant, but still on par with competition…

Love that these guys are in the neighborhood. Quality teriyaki & large portions. Always a good attitude from the workers

This is solid Seattle style teriyaki and good portions for the price. Tried it because they are open Sundays but it’s my go-to for the area now. I read reviews before I went and people were complaining about mushy rice and not enough sauce but that seems to be fixed now. Also it’s teriyaki, you order chicken, spicy chicken or beef and you try to eat it all but you fail and eat the rest 2 hours later. You don’t order orange chicken and wonder why you aren’t at Panda Express
Only dislike was it wasn’t the standard thin, sweet mayo+vinegar salad dressing but that might have been my mistake when ordering

SO good! Seriously the best teriyaki we’ve had in a while. Really nice grill on the chicken, great sauce. We also got a fried rice, which had a ton of chicken chunks and some nice sesame oil based sauce. Loved it, much better than your average teriyaki! Our new regular for sure.

The teriyaki was fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. I got the chicken and beef combo and they were both great. The salad is just lettuce and dressing though; I'd love to see some more variety of vegetables in the salad.

Katsu is crispy, teriyaki chicken is well marinaded, and portions were very healthy for the price. A Ballard staple

Not bad but the other teriyaki spot on Leary just south of Market is much better, one of the best in town. Spicy chicken here was undersauced and not very spicy.
my favorite chicken teriyaki<3

STOP USING BLACK PLASTIC!!!, IT LEECHES DOUBLE THE MICROPLASTIC INTO YOUR FOOD! you get 0 stars until that changes
I got the Mongolian beef/ chicken combo. You get good quantity here. But no sauce. It’s weird. It’s only teriyaki place I’ve ever been to that doesn’t give you teriyaki sauce with the chicken, it comes plain. Not very appetizing. The rice is really bad here too. The Mongolian beef was amazing

The items I ordered ended up being more expensive than what was posted on the menu (a side of egg rolls was posted at $6, but I saw their machine ring it up as $7), and the chicken teriyaki was extremely dry. The portions are large, though I’d really only come back for the convenience, or if nothing else is open.

This place is seriously awesome, especially for a food truck. The portions are big, the food tastes great, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend the chicken yakisoba, the teriyaki chicken, or the fried rice. 10/10 spot ?
