Ocho is a cozy neighborhood tapas bar known for its outstanding food and friendly service. The traditional Tapas and house specials are popular, and the churros & chocolate dessert is a delightful treat. The bar offers creative and strong cocktails, including unique drinks like a bartender's choice with bourbon, Amaro, absinthe, and bitters. The atmosphere is warm and lively, similar to a bistro, and there is a lovely outdoor patio perfect for sitting outside when the sun isn’t too strong in the summer. Although the espresso machine is older, the espresso tastes fine. The bar features plenty of vegetarian options, and the aioli served with potatoes is tasty. Be prepared for a noisy environment and plan to park in the QFC or Swedish Hospital lot, as street parking is limited due to construction.
