Browers is closing? Fremont will be haunted by this loss forever.I’ve been drinking heavily here for years, especially the sours. And the sour fest was a time to lose my discipline and drain their supplies. I wish I were a camel on those glorious weekends of the sour fest. And their food was unique, delish, and the absolute talk of the town for local stoners. Browers made people fat and happy. No more. What happened? Will someone buy this business and an armored car? Sell your gold mine, your oil wells, your Amazon stock bought in the 90s and buy Browers. You will have friends for life. What a terrible day, to learn of this. I guess I’ll have buy a zoo annual pass and go there on weekends.

Brouwers is the place in Seattle for draft beer, and possibly has the best fries too

This is my absolute favorite place to grab food and a beer. I’ve been coming here since I was 21, recently just turned 32. The vibes are chill the food is incredible and the service is impeccable. Nat and crew run a tight ship! Highly highly recommend!

Really cool tavern-like atmosphere, delicious mussels and fries, and their expansive Belgian beer collection goes without saying.A great casual night out option with friendly staff.

It was our friend’s bday and I went to go say “HAPPYBDAY ALEX” to him but one of the workers said to me “Could you please respect the people next to you, we aren’t that type of bar” which I first did not understand and second, felt really weird and uncomfortable when the security/bar tender singled me out in. Then about 10 minutes later when we tried to order a drink, the bartenders were extremely standoff ish and seemed like they did not want to give us drinks. Poor environment, feels racist as we were the only brown people there while everyone else was white. Felt like the bar tenders did not want us there even though we were not causing a scene- just trying to have a good night for our friends bday. Bartenders rolled eyes, told us to passive aggressively leave and made us feel uncomfortable.

Atmosphere, food and drinks were great but the staff was SO rude towards large groups: if you’re not trained to handle big groups don’t work at breweries or a restaurant setting.

Solid bar food. Fries looked fantastic from afar. Beers are good and options are solid — even if I am not a drinker. We were here, as the Brits and HongKongers would say, for afternoon “tea” so we didn’t eat lunch or dinner but ordered the meatballs and pretzel.3 meatballs covered in melted cheese. Hearty and filling. The pretzel is good and comes with 2 dipping sauces: honey mustard and something else. Also pretty solid. For this one visit, I’ll give them a 5 star.

Fantastic place in Seattle. The food is delicious, the decoration is cool, but the best is the overwhelmingly amazing beer menu!!! You can find an exclusive selection and also the best easy to find one! One of the best places in Seattle!!

I was very pleased that this place has not changed the good food and excellent beer selection. I am making plans to return.
