I’m so appreciative of Brown Sugar Baking Company and the incredible chocolate mousse cake they made for my birthday. This is the best cake I’ve had since developing a dairy allergy as an adult and for it to be a mousse cake just made it even more special. I will definitely be back!
I had the most delicious gluten-free and non-dairy cakes I've ever sampled at this place. The cakes themselves are works of art. The staff are very kind and generous. Everyone should try some of their baked goods! I will always return.
This small bakery is a godsend to those with food allergies (including dairy/egg, which our daughter has) or are strictly vegan for other reasons.
