The customer service here was disappointing. The lady with face paint on had a very nasty attitude. Never purchasing anything here again.

really good baked goods! we got a blondie and a cookie. the cookie was massive and had a great flavor and a really nice soft texture, the chocalte chips were a bit lackong though :/. the blondie had a delectable and soft frosting and a strong flavor. it had a really nice fudgy texture too. it was a bit expensive, but hey its a baked goods store in fremont, what else would you expect.

Sounds good in theory, in reality they are inedible. Undercooked and tastes terrible

Grace H

Undercooked and overpriced.

Inedible -- undercooked and overpriced. We couldn’t finish any of the desserts. A total waste of money. The messy interior and lack of seating only added to the unpleasant experience. Look elsewhere for late-night treats.

Fabulous brownies. I took a selection of six to a party and they were a hit! Perfect housewarming gift.

Their brownies weren't the best, but the cookies we're really amazing. The brownies looked amazing but didn't taste the best. I do highly recommend trying their cookies, though.

I was excited to try these brownies and I was beyond disappointed. The chocolate pb brownie was drier than a popeyes biscuit. The hazelnut brownie, the carmel brownie, and the red velvet cookie were chewy and tasted like straight butter. I was expecting a chocolate flavor but it was just not there and they had a burnt flavor. I will not be coming back. If I'm paying $6 make it worth the $6.

Friendly staff, clean kitchen and viewing area. No seating. Really great signage describing each item, along with a sweetness scale. Boxed water for sale. Seattle prices.

However, the actual desserts we bought left something to be desired. The double chocolate brownie was kind of tough to bite and chew, bordering on dry. It also had a strange burnt flavor. The chocolate chip cookie is ok. The dough is good but the chips were hard and not integrated or melted into the cookie.

Nothing was bad, but I don't think I will return.

Super delicious brownies! Also they are a no tipping establishment and pay their workers fairly. Which is awesome!

Pretty average brownies. Not disgusting but not flavorful.
