Tried to think of something positive to say can't do it seen our food being pulled out of the freezer and microwaved I guess this Burger King doesn't flame broil sad things have changed for a new place it was filthy bathrooms super slow service messed up our order twice and then the people behind us probably won't ever come back to this place

I don't know what kind of lackluster service that you want to call that what I received at the drive thru window but I felt like I was going in slow motion and just was in a bad motion picture of non-customer service.Then I paid and got handed this slop in a wrapper. This is not "have it your way". Gone are the days of Burger King's signature flame broiled burgers. The piping hot fresh burger that you can feel through the wrapper. The fresh ingredients that bun that stays on the burger instead of breaking apart once you touch it.Gone are the days where the service with a smile. We should have robots serve us.
