I’ve tried several sweet treats from Byen and they’ve always been fresh with great flavors. My favorites are the pistachio eclair and the cream cheese Danish - the eclair isn’t too sweet, and the Danish is always crispy and buttery. I’ve also tried pastries like the princess cake slice and chocolate ganache, which were both a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, a lovely spot to satisfy a sweet tooth!
By far the best bakery in the Fremont/Queen Anne area for both cakes and pastries. Sometimes their more popular pastries sell out quickly and there isn't much left by late morning, but I've always been able to find something I like.
Me and the boy toy were staying in seattle. Stricken with sudden hunger pains we searched high and low for a bakery. Then we saw it A GLIMPSE of gleaming light, Byen. The worker was so kind and funny! It didnt have roaches or nothing. I recommend it!
