The hamburger meat was raw, it was a messy burger. The service was great and they sautted the onions that was a plus. But the hamburger was falling everywhere and the sweetpotatoes were great.

Always drove by BY’s and finally stopped in to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. They had quite a good amount of options on the menu, everything sounded good. I got the biggest burger, “The King Lou” thing was HUGE!! And slapped 😋. Also got an almond rocka shake that was delicious hand scooped too. Everything tasted fresh and looked great. Definitely going back to bys. Haven’t had a good burger like this in a while.

Do you want the best burger in the city? This is the place. Everything they make is awesome, the fish and chips are also really good! Service is prompt, and it's definitely a little divy, but considering that it's been around forever, in my opinion it just adds to the charm. Seriously, go here have a burger. It's worth it cuz this place is awesome!
The customer service was fantastic. The two people working the counter genuinely seemed to be enjoying their day at work and it rubbed off on me. This wasn’t the forced, transactional, over-the-top customer service, it was just straight up nice. Made my day. I’ll be back solely for that. The burger and fries were good too - simple. Just the kind of burger you want.
Food is salty. By far the most dirtiest restaurant in Seattle. Health department need to check the kitchen

Yeah I thought the food was pretty good I thought I got the steak fries which wasn't bad they did put a lot of cheese on I'll give them that that was probably the best part and I thought it was a little tense on the steak but my friend thought it was OK And I thought the portion was a little small for 10 bucks and I got well she she came me 3 fish right I didn't know she was gonna you know give me 3 whole fish and it was $6 that was probably the best part of the order it was pretty reasonable so that's that's probably at least 1 of the stars and then this was good I think my friend thought the fish was good I guess I could give him a little credit because they did give me 2 freeI guess I could give him a little credit because they did give me 2 free coleslaws they weren't very big but you know I don't need a lot you know just something to break it up. I'll give them 4 stars cause they gave me the the coleslaws even though I thought they were a little small but you know they didn't charge us.
