The customer service was fantastic. The two people working the counter genuinely seemed to be enjoying their day at work and it rubbed off on me. This wasn’t the forced, transactional, over-the-top customer service, it was just straight up nice. Made my day. I’ll be back solely for that. The burger and fries were good too - simple. Just the kind of burger you want.
Food is salty. By far the most dirtiest restaurant in Seattle. Health department need to check the kitchen

Yeah I thought the food was pretty good I thought I got the steak fries which wasn't bad they did put a lot of cheese on I'll give them that that was probably the best part and I thought it was a little tense on the steak but my friend thought it was OK And I thought the portion was a little small for 10 bucks and I got well she she came me 3 fish right I didn't know she was gonna you know give me 3 whole fish and it was $6 that was probably the best part of the order it was pretty reasonable so that's that's probably at least 1 of the stars and then this was good I think my friend thought the fish was good I guess I could give him a little credit because they did give me 2 freeI guess I could give him a little credit because they did give me 2 free coleslaws they weren't very big but you know I don't need a lot you know just something to break it up. I'll give them 4 stars cause they gave me the the coleslaws even though I thought they were a little small but you know they didn't charge us.

At face value the place looks a bit dumpy (partially because it’s in front of a dump) but don’t judge a book by its cover. The Kaiser roll bun is perfect, and the burger as a whole is really tasty & filling. Single patty is pricier than expected, but enough for a meal.

Everything we had was overcooked! I know that restaurants Mary ketchup bottles together but at least wipe them down! The bottles were very dirty and you could see blackened rings around the edge where the old ketchup was. The only upside was the cute little waitress her customer service was awesome!

If you haven't already eaten here, you really should try. They have excellent food and great customer service. They came under new management in the last year, but the recipes haven't changed. Today, I had a double cheeseburger with an egg with a strawberry shake. If you need extra strawberries, just ask.
Stopped in for a quick bite. The fish sandwich was tasty and the butterscotch shake was decent, as well. Friendly service, too!

The burgers are huge and delicious. The food is ready quickly and brought to the table when the counter is not too busy… sometimes you just need shrimp and fries, some times a great burger, and sometimes you just wanna shake where no one sees you order it. 😉
