Great people, great cider!
Republic of Cider was a delightful way to end a busy day of knocking out different tasks around SoDo. The interior space isn't huge, but there was enough seating inside for several groups and the outdoor area looked nice. There were tons of cider options available and everything was very fairly priced. The real standout to us was the service/owners - kind, helpful, and fun to chat with. Would recommend others swing by and visit.
