Republic of Cider was a delightful way to end a busy day of knocking out different tasks around SoDo. The interior space isn't huge, but there was enough seating inside for several groups and the outdoor area looked nice. There were tons of cider options available and everything was very fairly priced. The real standout to us was the service/owners - kind, helpful, and fun to chat with. Would recommend others swing by and visit.
These are really wonderful folks with FANTASTIC ciders! So accommodating of their customers and just really really good at their craft. The ciders were so different and all good. We had so much good cider!

This cider was great, all of the ciders were unique and we had an amazing time. Truly a must visit. Plus they were so kind and gave us some free samples to try while we were there. Highly recommend you check it out.
