I ordered the bun bo hue. It was ok. The cuts are too fatty that I had to remove 1/3 of the meat. The broth had a slightly fishy taste which was odd considering I ordered beef and meatballs. I'm not into seafood, so I didn't like the taste of the broth.
The rocket prawns were definitely the highlight — crispy, fresh, and paired really well with the sauce. The pho itself was decent, but the broth didn’t really stand out or have that deep, memorable flavor I was hoping for.
That said, the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I loved the decor, the cozy bar setting, and how expansive the menu is. Feels like a good place to hang out, grab drinks, and explore different dishes with friends.

We weren’t very hungry, so we just ordered the Rocket Prawns appetizer and the Pork Chop Rice Plate. Both were really tasty, and the portions were actually quite decent. The food also came out super quickly, which was a nice bonus.
A great option if you’re visiting Seattle...
