The rocket prawns were definitely the highlight — crispy, fresh, and paired really well with the sauce. The pho itself was decent, but the broth didn’t really stand out or have that deep, memorable flavor I was hoping for.

That said, the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I loved the decor, the cozy bar setting, and how expansive the menu is. Feels like a good place to hang out, grab drinks, and explore different dishes with friends.
This was excaxtly what we was waiting...the taste of first spoon of soup is just perfect. The herbs to all makes me in love with Vietname kitchen.
We learn this food some years ago in Dubai at Saigon Station and CÔBA gave is this love again.

Location is maybe not so but as soon you are in you feel welcome, team are friendly and advice to all from google photos because menu is no pics.

Music was perfect background!
The only thing I would adjust is the volume and music choice of the restaurant.

I’ve been to Coba Kitchen more than five times now, and it never disappoints. It was the first spot I went to when I moved to Lower Queen Anne, I walked in and had their roasted chicken pho — so simple and so delicious. I had never seen or had Roasted Chicken Pho before, and I have had quite a bit in my life! The flavors are clean, deeply satisfying, and pull all the way through...
