The location is a bit sketchy but once you’re inside the atmosphere is much better. I’ve been to several Ethiopian restaurants throughout Seattle and so far Cafe Ibex is the place I recommend to go to for great tasting Ethiopian food. I always order the beef combo. Service is good as well.
Absolutely delicious! We got the beef and lamb combos, which were fantastic! Plan on wearing your stretch pants, and designate a driver because you WILL fall into a food coma!
