I absolutely love this place. The service is always so friendly and cheerful, the orders are made quickly, and above all I don't think you can beat their prices. We always get the pork banh-mi sandwiches which are to die for and I think they might be the cheapest ones I've found in Seattle that are still good and have a lot of free ingredients.
Thien Phat is about 5 to 7 minutes south of International District on Rainier Ave S. While I normally go to CID or Little Saigon, I detoured to Thien Phat instead because they have been suffering from break-ins, thefts, and all-around criminal insanity.
