The soy latte is the best I have had in a long time. Staff is super kind as well.

Always the best coffee and the friendliest baristas❣️

Coffee is fine. Customer service is not. Staff seemed to be there only to, eventually, take orders, and as for food, don't bother. Waited half an hour for the quiche I ordered and ended up walking out, still hungry. Ever heard of a microwave? Really disappointing. I recommend no dishes as they won't be served anyway.
I've obviously been spoilt by Australian Baristas who can manage to make multiple coffees and serve food at the same time as I have been in Canada/US for three weeks now and witnessed their Baristas making one coffee at a time! And heaven help you if you order food at the same time. The disinterest makes me wonder why anyone tips these staff at all!! ??

Very helpful, friendly service, happy atmosphere! Coffee and food were both good and reasonably priced. Surprised it wasn't busier...although we came around 10am.

Nice cafe in a nice part of town. I believe you can also find them on the “too good to go” app, which I always like to see shops like this not have food go to waste. It’s in a nice part of town and has a chill atmosphere if you want to get some work done.

Really good little coffee shop with a good range of interesting drinks. Coffee was good and service was pretty quick from friendly baristas. Good selection of baked goods.

Sadly, the worst coffee shop experience I had in Seattle for a week stay and trying a new one each day. The coffee was ok the pastry ok.The staff put my pastry in a paper bag when I was dining in. I had to ask for a plate and it seemed like an inconvenience.Neither worker acted like they wanted to be there and you did not feel a warm welcome. They were indifferent and bordering outright rudeness.May 8th 11:42 am if the owner cares to check who was working at that time.Scrolling through the ratings looks like poor service and attitude is a trend.I did note later after I was served the two baristas (young girls) were chatting and laughing with a female customer near their age. I guess it matters what you look like, age etc as to how you are treated..

My recent visit to Caffe Ladro left much to be desired, particularly in terms of the service I received. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation where the staff seemed disinterested and treated me differently based on my race. When it was time to place my order, the staff members appeared to be busy and ignored my presence. However, as soon as a white customer entered the café, their demeanor changed entirely, and they were all smiles. I couldn't help but notice the stark contrast in their behavior towards me compared to the white customer. It was disheartening to feel marginalized and overlooked. After waiting patiently, I finally spoke up and mentioned that I had been waiting before the other customer arrived. A staff member, who I believe was either Latino or white, abruptly and aggressively responded, stating that I was on my phone and insinuating that I was being inconsiderate. In reality, I was simply pretending to be on my phone because the situation felt uncomfortable and dismissive. The hostile response I received was uncalled for and only served to further diminish my experience at Caffe Ladro. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of my background. It is disappointing to encounter such behavior in a place that should foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend Caffe Ladro to others who seek a positive and inclusive café experience. It is my hope that Caffe Ladro addresses these concerns and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

Wonderful drinks, amazing staff, super close to the convention center. They do get busy but it's worth it. This is my go to spot while at ECCC!

I had the blended vanilla drink and quiche and both were good. But when I ordered online, they said they ran out of the quiche I originally ordered online and instead of just asking me if I wanted to replace it, they said I’d have to order it again because they canceled. So I’d have to go through the online process again. This isn’t really right. Now I understand that working in this type of job isn’t the most pleasant at times so I have major respect for folk working here. However, canceling an order all together because an item is missing seems a bit far fetched. So please be aware when ordering through online for this cafe.
