My friend and I have been going to this coffee shop for the last 8 years and we love it. We always get the Medici coffee, and even though the flavor depends on the barista, it is normally good. Almond croissant is always tasty.

Such mixed experiences here over the past few months. Probably because they are understaffed. Staff seem strained. Coffee is replacement-level, if you are able to order it. Tends to be a heavier roast than the typical third-wave coffee place, so know what you are getting into.

Went in to order, waited about five minutes, and was skipped in order since I formed a line behind the cash register, not to the side. Barista told me they’d get to me and seemed to smirk, though it’s hard to tell. It seemed like they were deliberately choosing to favor a regular that knew the shibboleth. Felt like an odd way to waste my time, so I left.

Hopefully they learn to mark the floor if this matters so much to them.

Caffe Ladro has been around for as long as I can remember but I hadn't been back for years. Went with my daughter and both of our coffees were amazing. Sat inside and it was really cozy. In better weather, you can sit on big Adirondack chairs in the front. For Queen Anne, parking was not bad at all. Looking forward to going back this summer!

Every time a coffee order is being taken, it would make it easy on everyone if you just ask "is whole milk okay?" to make sure you (or the customer) get it right since folks have preferences (and the whole point of overpriced coffee is the service and getting the order right), rather than have to get the order wrong twice in a row and waste everyone's time and mood.

Never misses

Love this place! Came off a recommendation and now I see why so many people love it. Chill vibes inside and seats along the street outside. My fave are the frozen drinks! Highly recommend the Give Me Magic frozen drink. The cold brew is also very very smooth.

Hello i visited the upper queen ann location and had a horrible experience with the gal working she curdled my drink and when i took it in and told her that she curdled my drink she blamed me and the temp i asked my drink to be 180 i have never had my drink from anywhere curdled at 180.. and she gave me a fake email to ask for a refund because she couldnt Authorize it for 9 dollars.. this has left a bad taste about the company because one Incompetent burista blamed me the customer not making the drink for her mistake.. also id say 10% of my drink was foam..

I had headphones on when I walked in but they were on mute and I'm not sure if this is why the barista was rude from the moment I walked in. The drinks we're okay but definitely not worth the bad service I received. I would recommend going to one of the other coffee shops in the neighborhood

We had coffee here while seeing Seattle. The people were so friendly and kind and the coffee was easily one of the best cups I’ve had.
