Wow, just wow!! Visited Seattle for a conference and stopped in for breakfast (ham, egg, cheese croissant) and some coffee (pistachio latte). It was absolutely amazing! Despite there being just one gentleman, he was so efficient and wonderful. You could also tell he knows his locals and takes care of them. 1000 stars!
After making two visits and trying two different espresso drinks, here is my take on Caffe Umbria.
Firstly, I was a bit surprised that the 8oz size drink doesn’t come with 2 shots by default (unlike every other specialty coffee shop in the city), and tried a cappuccino, and latte in two different instances.
Cappuccino sort of felt like burnt coffee, where the milk isn’t blended nicely with the espresso shot, while the latte tasted slightly...

I am staying at the regency which has a Starbucks inside but I still walk here every morning because the coffee is great and the generations owned shop is charming, clearly a local fav. The egg croissant was also delish!
