When it comes to fine dining in Seattle, it will be a challenge to find anyplace that does it as well or better than Canlis. This was not our first time, nor will it be our last. The moment you walk in, the ambience is warm, inviting and exudes excellence. Since we were a little early, we sat at the bar and enjoyed the delicious cocktails Jose and his Team prepared for us. Upon being seated Zack arrived and introduced us to the menu. We had a great view of Lake Union and Gasworks...
We came here to celebrate the retirement of the former Deputy Director of the Defence intelligence Agency. You all made it perfect. Not only does this place have some of the best food in Seattle. It has the best staff as well. The views from the main dining area are amazing. The expense is worth every dime
If I could give 10 stars I would, 1000 stars even! The food, wine paring, not to mention the service...exceptional all around. Delicious and adventurous. And we were greeted by Mr. Canlis himself. A night to remember ✨️
