Canon is hands down one of the coolest cocktail bars I’ve ever been to in Seattle. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is all about creativity and craftsmanship. I’ve only been here twice (so far) but this place did not disappoint either time. The staff are lovely and attentive, the food and drinks are amazing and we recently went to their happy hour which was an great deal. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Joshua was a great bartender and our drinks were super unique and delicious. The Charcuterie was amazing also- very good value for the money. We loved it, definitely recommend!
