This place is very clean, and mellow. The perfect place for students to come and study up, professionals to come and take care of work, or good for kids too as there is always security around and you never need to worry about shady characters here. Also the staff are super friendly, always greet you at the door and are talkative and friendly. Particularly a guy named Michael who works the front. Great guy. Cheers mate!

I visited your Capital One Café on Sunday afternoon. I ordered two coffees, but only one was served. The second coffee never came, even though customers who ordered after me received their drinks. I waited patiently for a chance to speak with the barista. When I finally got the opportunity, I politely told him that one of my ordered coffees was missing. However, he rudely interrupted me and said, “We’re busy, just wait.!” I was shocked and stood there quietly. Still upset, I tried again and explained that I had ordered two coffees and only received one. He then claimed that my coffee had already been served — which was not true. When I insisted that I still hadn’t received it, he said someone else must have taken it. Only then did he finally make my coffee. Yes, I understand you were busy. But I waited for my turn to speak, and when I did, you cut me off and dismissed me. Why do you only think about your time and not the customer waiting patiently? Your attitude was extremely rude, and I will never forget the expression on your face. This was unacceptable customer service.

Such a great spot in SLU. The café has two floors with plenty of seating, outlets, and a relaxed vibe - perfect if you are working or just hanging out.
I tried the honey lavender latte (so good!) and the service was friendly. The manager kindly mentioned their photo policy (no staff in pics), which I appreciated since I was taking a few shots.
If you have a Capital One or Discover card, drinks are 50% off - a nice benefit!

Always such kind staff, clean, good atmosphere, never spend more than $5 bucks thanks to the 50% off. Just gotta get lucky with parking nearby, but it's a great spot to lock in for an hour. Good busy area, lots of young professionals, and respectful clientele.

i wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have a sensitive nose. there’s a worker here who smells really musty/bad and it ruined my experience

there’s an agent that works here that smells so horrible i can’t even go to this location anymore for fear he’ll be working. i don’t think he wears deodorant or showers
