Strange experience. I was figuring out the ATM and felt someone watching me. I turned around and saw two employees staring and whispering. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable to be profiled at my bank where I should be comfortable taking my time to process any account transactions.

Exceeded expectations! Incredibly welcoming staff, delicious latte (all of their syrups are house-made), and cozy space. The croissant was pretty lackluster, but that was expected. Also, if you pay with a capital one card you get 50% off your drink. Will be returning when I’m in the neighborhood!

Used to love capital one. I really hope they don’t become another Wells Fargo or US Bank. Waited for 20-30 mins and still wasn’t assigned to a banker who’s knowledgeable enough to help out with a simple request. Got free drinks but I’d much rather them solve my problem quickly than giving me a drink to hang out. I went to BECU right afterwards and got attention from a knowledgeable banker immediately. My problem solved in 5 mins.

The staff here was a bit rude. I brought my dog along and asked for a space where we could stay away from others so he wouldn’t disturb anyone. They told me I couldn’t use the room because it was for employees only, even though there were several rooms available. Later, I went upstairs and saw someone else in the same room I was denied access to. The gentlemen who also told us that did not mention there was a booking website on the capitol one portal, which we had to find ourselves that only allows non profits, students, or capitol one staff. ( I am a non-profit leader)
Make it make sense.

Very clean and comfortable. Hosts events for non-profits. Music choice is chill and at an appropriate volume. Sandwich was great. Didn't order coffee.

Great priced coffee with a smile.
I love getting my coffee from here and working from here. The discounts for Capital One customers of 50% off are awesome and I appreciate that they encourage sustainability by bringing your own cup and even giving you a discount for it. (Make sure you tip your baristas extra high if you are getting your coffee with a big discount - otherwise they get pennies in tips). I love the natural light and variety of seating options, including comfy chairs and conference rooms. They also do fun promos like free drip coffee every Monday during baseball season. The people who work here are energetic and upbeat, which is nice for someone who works from home and needs a little in-person interaction during the workday. They partner with local coffee roasters and small/diverse businesses. For example, in June, the beans are from an LGBTQ/woman/Latin owned company. The Capital One cafe is one of my favorite credit card benefits. I tell my friends about it and I am writing an honest, unsolicited review only purely selfishly, because I hope they open more in Seattle as well as other cities when I travel!

Always love to drop by and spend an afternoon here! Service, atmosphere and coffee are great (also at a more reasonable price compared to other cafes). The staff makes you feel home.

For me, the Capital One Café was a must see during my visit to Seattle. Over the years we've all observed banking morphing and shrinking from brick and mortar, to ATM machines, to become a smartphone app in your pocket where you can make deposits and conduct banking. The fusion of neighborhood cafe combined with today's new mobile app-driven banking is a perfect reboot of banking. Kudos to Capital One on innovating and refining the personal finance experience. The baristas and financial associates are all friendly and helpful. There's a good mix of tables and meeting rooms. The design of the space is really interesting.
