The food is really good and authentic! I would recommend trying it! I’ve had authentic Uighur food before and this tastes just like that. The restaurant is small so that’s why I rated 4/5 for the atmosphere. I hope they expand their business to get a bigger space! These are the food I tried: laghman, polov, dumplings.
This was our first time trying central asian food so we asked for recommendations from the staff. They were super helpful and recommended that we get the plav and the lamb shank, two of their most popular dishes. We also added an oromo roll and a lamb samosa and shared everything between the three of us. Super tasty! The restaurant does only have three tables available for dine-in, we arrived at 7 and ended up waiting for about 10 minutes.

We visited Caravan and honestly felt like we had traveled straight to Uzbekistan. The atmosphere, the flavors, the hospitality — everything felt authentic and incredibly special.
