Had I chance bringing guests from out of state to try the cuisine. Oh man,it is definitely go to to place to try really authentic and delicious food from Central Asia. I would recommend and come back many more times, so for sure great place to visit
Arrived around 11:35 a.m. with only two other tables occupied, so I expected a fairly normal wait for one fried noodle dish.
More than 20 minutes later, I was told the chef was still working on it and that it would take another 10 minutes. So, apparently, one fairly standard fried noodle dish required over 30 minutes to prepare in a nearly empty restaurant.
I was hoping the long wait meant the food would be especially good, but unfortunately...

I love this food! I had the hand pulled noodles which was amazing! The meat in the noodles is delicious! It comes with bread which you can dip into the sauce and a soda or tea. I lived in China for 10 years and really miss the Muslim food from Xinjiang and this is really similar. The way they say thank you is the same. Can wait to go back with some friends to try their other dishes.
