Fantastic place, food and service!
Everything was very good. Attention to detail in all aspects.
We’ve loved Altura for a while now, so our expectations for its sister restaurant, Carrello, were sky-high—and we’re happy to say it didn’t disappoint. The shareable plates were generous and filling, perfect for a laid-back, family-style evening. We sat outside, and the constant sight of flights taking off added a unique charm to the already beautiful setting. The food was delicious, and the staff made the whole experience even better with their warm and attentive service. Definitely a spot we’d return to—especially on a sunny Seattle day.
Perfection❤️. Go see Josh in the bar
Had the most amazing experience trying their 5 course tasting menu with my mom!
We opted for a vegetarian (no mushrooms) meal and woah, it was nothing short of amazing - with portions so large, we had to take home leftovers because we possibly couldn't have more.
Highly recommend for vegetarians looking for a menu that doesn't try to look and taste like the equivalent meat option, but rather is uniquely flavorful.
My favorite was the pasta - which had corn prepared in so many different ways!
Great food and the tasting menu was able to accommodate our tastes while still being interesting
The food looked tasty but came out to be too salty for us. The wait time for the main dishes were too long (1hr+) and servers were really rude when we asked to check in where the food was.

Good vibes, expensive but terrible food, no service but 20% service required.

Easy 5 stars and new favorite Italian restaurant. Recommend the 5 course meal, and loved the rotating Liqueur Spritz. The focaccia and panna cotta were the best I can remember. The scamorza scarpinocc pasta was among the best handmade pasta I've had. Really great value and service from Raphael and co.

Food was nasty and expensive. Meat was entirely fat that had not been rendered. Everything was overly sweet or salty. Very nice server people. Loved the spicy bread.

Great food! A mix of staples done well (eg house focaccia) and more innovative dishes (broccoli foam was a surprisingly hit). Cocktails were delightful and the wine selection was small but tasteful.
The "feast for the table" is great value. Generous amount of fantastic food for less than you would pay for a tasting menu. Shame there was no wine paring!
On a Wednesday 8pm there were only a few tables occupied, so despite the great dacore, millennial friendly music and comfortable bathrooms the atmosphere was a bit dead.
Dietary restrictions: Very receptive to dietary needs.

Just an ok experience. Very friendly front of the house though!
Our server seemed very aloof and did not know the menu well when asked basic questions such as, “Is the octopus breaded and deep fried?” or “which dishes are spicy?”. A few requests were forgotten and needed reminding.
Overall the food was ok. Menu did not specify which items had spice. This was not a problem for me but was an issue for one at our table. The fried octopus had a spicy sauce, and the Spaghetti ala Chittara had some slight heat despite being assured that it was not spicy at all. Our pasta was overcooked. The Pork Pressa was delicious.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here, hung out at the bar for some hours entirely too comfortable.
Ashley was lovely, so thank you
