I attended an after hours, 5 course dinner party where the menu had been prearranged. Chef Nathan went out of his way to accommodate my dietary needs. He prepared beautifully plated dishes that were full of flavor! From delicate pasta dish, to the beet salad it was perfect. The rack of lamb was the best I've ever had and I highly recommend it.

My partner and I celebrated his birthday here and our dinner was absolutely impeccable! We started with their incredible sourdough, and shared the Pork Chop and Bavette Steak entrees - everything was absolutely delicious. The vegetables served with the steak were the highlight for me, perfectly roasted and dressed to perfection. We finished with the semifreddo which was legitimately one of the best desserts i’ve had at a restaurant. Hoping to come back here soon to experience some more of their smaller plates and pastas as well!

Came for prime/fine night. Our server couldn’t explain any of the dishes or what it entailed. The pasta’s were very salty. $25 martini was underwhelming. 3 stars for the scarpinocc that saved the night.

We were so impressed with this restaurant. It's softly understated, yet the food courses are incredible with flavor and technique and design. We recommend ordering the feast menu where they design the courses for you. They may say it's five courses, but each course has 2 to 3 different plates! It never disappoints all the way through the amazing dessert presentations. Bravo! One of our most memorable meals on the planet.

My fiancé and I tried the tasting menu and did not like any of the dishes. The service was not great, it took the server 15 minutes to come to our table initially. For a $300 dinner, very disappointed. Also, their parking lot costed $35 to park for a couple hours.

We’ve loved Altura for a while now, so our expectations for its sister restaurant, Carrello, were sky-high—and we’re happy to say it didn’t disappoint. The shareable plates were generous and filling, perfect for a laid-back, family-style evening. We sat outside, and the constant sight of flights taking off added a unique charm to the already beautiful setting. The food was delicious, and the staff made the whole experience even better with their warm and attentive service. Definitely a spot we’d return to—especially on a sunny Seattle day.

Had the most amazing experience trying their 5 course tasting menu with my mom!
We opted for a vegetarian (no mushrooms) meal and woah, it was nothing short of amazing - with portions so large, we had to take home leftovers because we possibly couldn't have more.
Highly recommend for vegetarians looking for a menu that doesn't try to look and taste like the equivalent meat option, but rather is uniquely flavorful.
My favorite was the pasta - which had corn prepared in so many different ways!
