Had a birthday dinner here with a friend and we did the 5 course tasting menu. Unlike most tasting menus it was a -lot- of food. Couldn’t even finish it and we came hungry. Absolutely delicious, and the chocolate dessert cart was over the top, loved it all. Only off thing was they were blasting music for a pretty empty place, but whatever. It was still great, I’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our dinner there with great food and service! Fired octopus and blue prawn pansotti was really really good, and the panna cotta was so unique and flavorful, came with cocoa nib and olive oil.

We absolutely loved our experience here last night! Josie was our server and did a phenomenal job. We did the tasting menu and were thrilled with the generous portions and the pacing. We had our 9 month old baby with us and we were able to keep him entertained the whole time with fresh bread and a filet of salmon.

I came in for my birthday and had the most wonderful Italian food. We had the tasting menu. My girlfriend and I both thought the halibut was the best we've ever had, and she thought the cannoli was to die for.
Tasty food but tiny portions. We laughed when everything arrived at the table and took hand comparison photos. Overpriced. Bougie environment. One of those places that adds 20% service fee in lieu of tip no matter the party size. So that's on top of the overpriced food.

We have been a couple of times but OMG the food was amazing. A real upgrade. Scallop Crudo was tops. Muscles amazing. Unreal raviolis with a whole shrimp inside and mixed seafood outside. Perfect gnocchi and on and on. We will be back.

You know when you love a dish, you want to eat every last morsel on the plate? Well, that's the way it is with everything at Carrello. This is hands down the best meal and overall dining experience in Seattle.
I come here whenever I can find an excuse, or have a special occasion. My most recent visit was for Valentine’s Day where they had a fixed tasting menu. That was absolutely delightful.I highly recommend giving everything on the menu a try .Dietary restrictions: They are always happy to accommodate my extremely odd allergies without a fuss.Even when they had a fixed tasting menu, they went out of their way to make me something special .
We love the valentines tasting menu!! It’s way better then we expected and it provided much better experience than many fine dining experiences we had before in

We enjoyed our experience. We tried the five course option which was great. There is a good collection of foods but it's a sampler menu! Don't expect too much food but the quality was good and overall worth it.There is a paid parking lot behind the restaurant which is super convenient. There will be an automatic 20% gratuity added to your bill.

Went here for a family celebration and the staff/chefs were seriously incredible! They went above and beyond to make the evening very special for us. We had the course menu and added the dry aged steak and fresh oysters as well. My absolute favorite dish was the truffle cabbage!!! Notable mentions: house made bread, dry aged steak, potatoes, any of the pastas (so fresh!), chicory salad, burrata cheese, and panna cotta. Will definitely be back!! ?

Just incredible dining experience. The front of house was amazing and extremely attentive. The food was innovative, and so good. Was absolutely the best service and food for the price I have ever experienced. I think the 5 course table special is worth it because you will likely wish you had done it after you try a few of their dishes. If you have dietary restrictions they are also unbelievably accommodating, you will have no loss in quality of food. Also, try the dessert if you come here!I will be coming back and bringing people here for the foreseeable future to try what new things the chef has worked on and enjoy the front of house that really knows how to take care of their patrons. I wish I had taken photos, but we were so absorbed in talking about the food and enjoying it that we forgot to let our phones enjoy it.
