Honestly this is THE best restaurant in Seattle. The food is extraordinary, unique, fresh and with special ingredients from many places. The service is Michelin starred. This would absolutely be a Michelin starred restaurant of we had those in Seattle. Do the tasting menu. It's more than you will expect!
We had the Christmas Eve dinner. Some dishes were delicious, others we could not eat, such as the extremely spicy spaghetti which totally overcame the lobster pieces. None in our party could eat more after two bites. We also could not eat much of the rockfish with smoked mussels. Something was definitely off with that dish. The rest was delicious, especially the tiramisu and parsnip ice cream. Some of the servers I think were interns, but super friendly. Others were seasoned...
We have dined here before but recently brought a group of 13 and did the Feast for the Table. Every dish is thoughtful, creative, and delicious. They accommodated everyone’s dietary restrictions and made sure everyone was fully satisfied. Even our typically picky guests said that everything was amazing and were blown away.
