Chaco canyon never fails to deliver a tasty, healthy, friendly dining experience. I called ahead and ate outside at one of their two patio tables. My order was ready promptly, the cashier was friendly and the bathroom was really clean. I ordered the Pueblo plate with salad and juice and the artichoke melt. Used to come here a lot more and I've been disappointed in them as of late. Owner has been very rude every time I have been there and I usually call in advance and most of the time it isn't ready. I will definitely be coming back because I think they deserve more chances but I hope to see some improvements, great potential for this place ! Hopefully I'll be able to change this to 5 stars soon

As another use has stated, the wait time is pretty insane and the staff is definitely hit or miss. Could have been bad days or something but out of the ten plus times i've been there, the majority have been unfortunate experiences with the staff. The food is so good (a bit pricey, but flavour wise, it's worth it imo), so i really wish they would do better. There's not a time that I have waited less than 30 minutes for one item too (usually for the lentil burger!). Would I recommend...read full review
