I highly recommend the coffee cake at this place. It is excellent. Make sure you have them warm it. And from the delicious smells in the air inside and outside of this establishment I can say the food is probably equally as satisfying and delicious, but I have yet to try their lunch offerings. But I know I will eventually!
I really like the atmosphere in this place. It feels stylish and suave without being pretentious, cool in a way that is very distinctly Seattle. The decor is Middle Eastern inspired but not kitschy about it, with a lot of soft blues earthy yellow-browns and geometric patterns. It feels both distinctly Pacific Northwest and cosmopolitan and a graceful subtle way. The food is very solid, and the prices are not unreasonable. Vibey without trying too hard. Food is amazing. Bagels soft and delicious and the salmon must have just swam up the hill into the butcher’s knife. The bagels are not as huge as you may get but the sandwich is a good share for two. The coffee is on point. Cool place to hang out and work or relax. Not quiet, not loud. Mid level noise. Highly recommended.
