the baristas here are what make the place special. they treat everyone like regulars, their music is always great, and it wouldn't be my favorite cafe in seattle without them❤
I highly recommend the coffee cake at this place. It is excellent. Make sure you have them warm it. And from the delicious smells in the air inside and outside of this establishment I can say the food is probably equally as satisfying and delicious, but I have yet to try their lunch offerings. But I know I will eventually!
I really like the atmosphere in this place. It feels stylish and suave without being pretentious, cool in a way that is very distinctly Seattle. The decor is Middle Eastern inspired but not kitschy about it, with a lot of soft blues earthy yellow-browns and geometric patterns. It feels both distinctly Pacific Northwest and cosmopolitan and a graceful subtle way. The food is very solid, and the prices are not unreasonable.
