I went here about 7 years ago and hated it because the food was so bad. I decided to give it another chance with a friend, and the food was disgusting. The food came out cold in some spots and hot in others. i.e. everything was microwaved. They (the server and cook were one and the same person) didn't have avocados or chicken, which seemed to be a pattern (based on non-bot) reviews that they are always out of product.Imagine a Mexican restaurant that doesn't have avocado or chicken available during a week night dinner. Trust and believe that it was not a busy night to be out of stock during dinner. Our total for 2 people was $90It's a microwaved lazy mess of a restaurant and definitely would not go back in another 7 years if they are still open.

This is a great little Mexican restaurant. My husband's and my favorites are they mole verde puerco, chile rellenos and the lentil soup. Good margaritas too. We live a long ways away, but worth the trip. Last Saturday afternoon we stopped by and the sign said closed and the phone is not working. Does anyone know if they are still open? Hoping they are.

From its presentation to it's taste is a true delicacy. The mole Poblano, is also delicious.Just be careful cause 1 tequila is never enough :)

SUCH a Wallingford gem!!! The enchiladas verdes have thus far been my favorite. The man who runs this place is also so kind. Burritos are also very good and huge

This is authentic Mexican food! Take it from an ex-Californian. I'm very glad I found this place. Try the mole sauce. My raven loved the beans, rice, and cheese enchiladas we got. The guy who brought our food had a sense of humor.

Authentic, basic, yummy Mexican food. The margs are delicious. Very solid place to eat, won't disappoint! Nothing crazy but perfect at what they do.

Wonderful service that really went above and beyond to take care of our family that came in close to closing. Delicious Mole. One fine Wallingford restaurant.
