I’ve been ordering from this Chipotle a lot lately, and I accidentally showed up hours late for my pickup after falling asleep. By then, someone had already taken my order.

The manager Debra was incredibly kind and understanding. She had my meal remade fresh with no hesitation and was genuinely so friendly throughout the whole interaction.

Excellent customer service—I really appreciate her kindness. Thank you!

4 stars for friendly and welcoming staff, the food is great and served in reasonable portions, and it's a nice location. The tables weren't very clean, though, and it's a relatively small space, so to-go is probably the better option. Overall, it's worth it, and I'd recommend this place.

Clean!!! Friendly folks serving massive bowls. They even went out of their way to give me a lime. Line moved fast even in the middle of a tourist area. Best chipotle I've been to in Seattle!
