I love chipotle in general, but this specific location always has problem. Their soda machine hasn't worked in months, and they don't tell you that until you're about to pay. Also, the tables are often dirty, and there are boxes all over, blocking the seating around the side.
This location is could be really convenient for me, but I don't go as often as I'd like to because of how poorly it is run.

This is both the best tasting and the most efficient chiptotle I’ve ever been to hands down, I go almost two times every week. When the line is out the door you will get you food within 10 minutes. The quick food turnover also means they have to replace the food often, so the meat usually has only been sitting out for <20 minutes. Gotta be on of my all time top 10 restaurants no joke.

Common issues are ligament in the chicken, unwashed lettuce, and the worst offender: stale/chewy brown rice.
When I go to chipotle I now drive 15m to northgate since their location is consistent, even though I live a 2 minute walk from this location.

Employees there are very ignorant and rude. No customer service at all. Very small portions and whenever I ask for more they look at me in a bad way. One of the employees dumped/threw my burrito in the bag and made it looks really bad while they were laughing about it. Never coming back to this location again

I ordered through the app a bit before open time and upon arrival the door was unlocked, communicating they are open. All the chairs are up and NO FOOD is ready. The employee Armando i spoke with told me its will be 20-30mins before they have any food. I had walked from my work building, wasted my entire lunch on the phone with customer service and have no food. Absolutely ridiculous.

The female supervisor/manager is very aggressive, emotional and defensive, Chipotle should train these females as to how the American standard customer service works,throwing negative energy at your customers is highly unacceptable, this is business not her home.
This location is so well organized and food is aqesome!! We just loved it so much!! The employees are very friendly and it‘s clean! Also the restroom is clean! I like!

Every time I go to this chipotle, the workers are always so rude/passive aggressive. The gal today with brown curly hair working at 9:15, 10/11 was obviously high and extremely rude when she mis-heard what to add to my bowl. She was slamming things around, throwing lettuce , got super rude all because she made one mistake and had to fix it. Not a great employee. Extremely poor attitude.

I sat for a while staring at our to-go bag, which is fine enough. but then our order was wrong and super low quality—I couldn’t eat my food. thankfully they also accidentally gave us someone else’s order that I could eat (as well as our actual order, which was wrong) ..so..eh??

I thought I must have come on a bad day but judging by the reviews it’s been a bad season. The entire dinning room is filthy. None of the fountain drinks had been changed. They wrapped my burrito like they an open faced sandwich. The steak was burnt like charcoal. Chipotle your quality has dipped big time and you got the nerve to charge $24 for a crappy burrito & a drink like Im at a sit down restaurant.
