1. When ordering in store: They are almost always out of fajitas and for me thats the saddest thing as I only eat veggie bowl or veggie tacos
2. When ordering online: This has go to be the worst Chipotle location in terms of accuracy as they’ve got my order wrong 100% of the time! They completely changed the toppings of my veggie bowl and previously they have sent hard corn taco shells when requested for soft tacos on both times I tried ordering.
It used to be an awesome location back in 2016/17

Nice location, but the staff started scooping ingredients before I could specify my order, making me feel like I had no choice. And I couldn’t help but noticing they put an excessive amount of rice which I didn’t ask, seemingly to make the portion look bigger. Is this new normal at Chipotle? Lastly, i found a sticker in my guac. Is this edible?

They open at 10:45 I was there at 10:40 patiently waited till 10:46 and this adamant man Yells that’s it’s going to take 15 more mins before they start. Coz they’re busy with a catering order and expect gusts to wait endlessly? I thought the company decodes the opening time and not the employees pick their own time to start. Some customers left and some waited. We have work too and we I all in a crunch of time and need to hurry back to work. This is the extremely rude

Don’t eat here. They barely scoop anything into the bowl. A double order of protein is less than a single scoop anywhere else. Literally half the spoon of protein and the same with all the other veggies. They also don’t salt their food correctly and the chips are soggy. I’d give 0/5 if I could. Bowls looking emptier than your stomach.
