Based on the reviews, Sushi Katsu-ya offers excellent sushi with amazing and flavorful green beans and Brussels sprouts side dishes. The crispy rice with spicy tuna and tempura shrimp sushi are very good. Great prices for fresh and delicious sushi with plenty of fish options; try the SLU roll and the blue fin tuna roll. The place is small so make a reservation or come early. The atmosphere is great with friendly staff. Servers like Rey and Kim are amazing at what they do, providing 10/10 recommended service. The food comes out super fast, the presentation is amazing, and it is a great experience.
