Even though this is a national chain, they do make very good bagels and are popular as a result of it. The bagels are sufficiently chewy and soft and I particularly like the strawberry smear.
Updated 3 years later: still the same as below. I ordered online and pickup was ready when I got there in 15 min. Ordering online also didn't prompt for tip.Friendly and efficient staff, delicious egg sandwiches, good prices. Also came at around 12:30pm on a weekday and line was not long and there was sufficient seating. Will come back.

Why am I here? The staff doesnt seem interested in serving me. I realize its nearly 1pm on a Saturday. I felt sorry for thr poor cashier in crutches. And ya'all dont offer reduce fat or lox schmears anymore. I guess Blazing bagels ard rubinsteins will be the go to bagel place from now on!
