Used to love this place throughout COVID and frequented it 25-50 times. Back for a second try today to see if last visit was an anomaly. They used to have a filling lox portion, bigger bagels, etc. Today, second visit in a row, took 25 minutes to get the bagel, got the order wrong, skimped on the filling, and the size of the bagel was embarrassingly tiny. After asking for them to fix the missed topping, they gave me the topping in a cup. Guess everyone should fix their mistakes...read full review
Delicious bagels and egg/cheese breakfast sammies. If you order through ESR app, you receive bankable points that add up to receiving $5 off, etc. This helps offset the expense of higher cost of food these days.Service is helpful and cautiously friendly!

Good bagel sandwiches right across from Amazon HQ1?!! The portions are HE-YOU-GG, I mean really YUUUG. One is enough to feed a family of 3 for breakfast and lunch.Parking is a bit challenging, but that's to be expected. The staff are friendly. The place is a bit hard to find, no sign outside or maybe I missed it.
