The only reason for 4 stars is that there is not a large variety of bagel flavors. But the bagel i did get, sea salt, was warm and chewy. The smear is on the light side for the price it costed, but also good.
Staff needs an attitude check. Had multiple different encounters with uninterested staff. Today was the worst with a bearded man who barely was able to ask my name and then just sloppily handed over my DoorDash order. No thank you. No have a good day. And I’m pretty sure he rolled his eyes. I work in customer service I know I was not rude. I even told him thank you and have a good day as I left and got no response. Rubinstein Bagels was alright for a bagel. In my opinion it was definitely a more chewy bagel than I usually look for. Its located in the lobby of a what looks to be a apartment complex and there is really no parking available on the side of the road or in the complex. I got the everything bagel with onion cream cheese and the cream cheese tasted a little tangy. Overall I would say it was a 3 out 5 about average for everything. I would definitely prefer to drive up to Zylberscheteins...
