Good bagel sandwiches right across from Amazon HQ1?!! The portions are HE-YOU-GG, I mean really YUUUG. One is enough to feed a family of 3 for breakfast and lunch.Parking is a bit challenging, but that's to be expected. The staff are friendly. The place is a bit hard to find, no sign outside or maybe I missed it.

Used to love this place throughout COVID and frequented it 25-50 times. Back for a second try today to see if last visit was an anomaly. They used to have a filling lox portion, bigger bagels, etc. Today, second visit in a row, took 25 minutes to get the bagel, got the order wrong, skimped on the filling, and the size of the bagel was embarrassingly tiny. After asking for them to fix the missed topping, they gave me the topping in a cup. Guess everyone should fix their mistakes themselves. Hope they fix their culture and go back to fair portions for the price. Sad to see good places decay.

I used to love coming here to grab a bagel or sandwich. They now charge an 18% "service fee" which is absolutely absurd. Terrible business practice to charge a 18% service fee and then have the machine prompt for a tip as well.
