Excellent sushi.
The green beans and Brussels sprouts side are amazing and so flavorful. The crispy rice with spicy tuna is very good, as well as tempura shrimp sushi.
We ended up going two days in a row!
The place is small so make a reservation or come early.

Rey was amazing tonight he treated me and my friends amazingly I brought my friend from LA and he loves Rey. He is amazing at what he does and keeps me happy when I’m here. 10/10 Recommend, i would hope u have rey as a server

I came to Katsuya my first time in Seattle. I had Ray as a server. He was absolutely amazing. Helped me with everything I needed throughout the night. Food came out super fast and his service was absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 recommended
