Tried Chuan BBQ in Seattle and loved it. I ordered the beef skewers, hotpot, onion pancakes, and some soju. The skewers were roasted perfectly and packed with flavor, and the hotpot tasted truly authentic. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving spicy food — I’ll be visiting again.
Wow! Definitely recommend this place! Best food we had in a while! The spices are so tasty and at the right level! Jackson gave us lots of great recommendations and checked on us the whole time. Lychee beer was also a fun surprise. Eggplant, buns, skewers , mushrooms, squid.. ALL AWESOME!
