The food was really bad and had no flavor at all. Everything tasted like it was just thrown together at home. I spent a lot of money here, but the meal was really disappointing. With food like this, I definitely won’t be coming back.

This was my first time trying Sichuan food. I expected it to be oily and spicy, but I didn’t expect the numbing kind of spicy! We ordered the Mapo Tofu, and from the very first bite, my mouth went numb — definitely a unique experience.
We came on a Sunday during brunch with a party of two. The place was spacious, and we got seated right away even though there were already a few tables filled. Each table has a QR code to order from your phone, which I thought was a clever idea.
A few dishes showed as unavailable when ordering online, but when we asked the server, he said they actually had them. The server was very accommodating, especially considering it seemed like he was the only one serving.
The food overall was a bit on the salty side, but the crispy pancake with beef and cilantro stood out the most — the mix of sweetness from the sauce and savory beef was really good.

Went on a Sat afternoon. Place was not very busy but it took a bit to get seated. Had to ask for paper menus.
Picked one safe dish and one new dish. Worth it! We got the pumpkin fried with salted egg yolks and some vegetarian noodles.

It's fairly good, especially for the special lunch. However, some cuisine could be better. I would recommend the boiled fish, but not for the cabbage.

Amazing dry pot here. All the food was fresh. The spice was excellent. 10/10

One of the best spots to get that numbing spice with high quality ingredients!

This place is the real Chongqing, inside U District
Ordered the dry pot for takeout, but the portion has gotten smaller.
Delicious low cost lunch specials here! Very welcoming environment!

Best Chinese food I've had in a while. The Chongqing noodles were out of this world.

The golden soup was so good and affordable that it’ll be one of my go to places from now on.

Food was just ok, but really expensive for what you get, not to mention rice is not included. Potstickers were really bad.
