Good tofu in duck yolk and the boiled fish
Tried the chilli bean fish with numbing at it was really good. The pork dumplings were slightly disappointing. Recommend the Dan Dan noodles. Over all a good experience:)
Love the pork knuckle crossing bridge noodle! The pork knuckle is the best I had in Seattle, and the portion is good
Great selection of szechuan food. I tried their over the hridge ruce noodle which is my hometown dish (Yunnan province). It is decent and well done. The server was a very sweet lady. Great price for delicious authentic Chinese szechuan food.
Only thing I see that needs improvement is their workstation for side job- it is is next to the diners (green beans all over the table). Maybe you can reserve a further area for side jobs.
Highly recommended !
Everything is delicious. Their mala so strong. Love it.
My family and I were here for the Cherry Blossom Festival. We had a very nice dining experience at Chuan House. The food was excellent! We give it 5 stars. Read on for more details. My son had the deep fried pork and he said it was delicious, perfectly cooked. My wife had the shrimp fried rice and enjoyed it very much (she only wished it had just a bit more shrimp, but other than that said it was very good). I tried the 'deep fried pumpkin' and I must rave about it. It's crispy, golden on outside and has a tender, slightly sweet pumpkin-flavor (and not overpowering) and it sort of melts in your mouth. You must try it! The service was excellent. Atmosphere: friendly and inviting. We dined near the window and even with many tables filled, you can still talk and hear one another at your own table. We highly recommend and will be back again.
More sweet and numbing than truly spicy, so don’t expect super authentic Sichuan food. Avearge Portions. A great spot for big groups as they have large tables and plenty of space. Hard to park in this area.
This is a delightful restaurant with high-quality, delicious food and a pleasant modern atmosphere.
Watch out- some spicy menus contain mala taste that is just way too much and almost cannot be eaten. Ask before you order or you won't be able to tolerate even one bite and waste money. It was a major mistake.
Absolutely Delicious! You order using your phone which i personally loved as im introverted. Each table has its own QR code so the waitress knows where the order goes.
The atmosphere was light and laid back.
The fried sticky rice came out warm. Never had a treat so yummy! I ate a few before trying the soup and i ate them throughout my meal to get a break from the spice.
The Spicy Chicken noodles were amazing i got the rice noodles as i cant have gluten. (Full disclosure i didnt ASK if it was actually gluten free, i just assumed. Im not Celiac just a health condition that makes me limit dairy and gluten.) i would ask if you want to know for sure!
A bit a drive for me to get there but will def be returning again ☺️🤗

All the food (5 dishes tried) we're not to any of our liking. Lots of leftovers, chose not to take any of it home. Dishes arrived 20 min apart. Afterwards I looked at all the 5 star reviews and noticed that most them had only reviewed one or two places. Highly suspicious.
Taste of foods are disgusting, very salty and not pleasant at all. Not worth the expensive price. This chicken with dried chili pepper is all filled with chili pepper and with very small amount of tiny chicken cuts. The wanton soup awful taste, very very salty. Over all frustrating paying much with these kind of taste, it’s a waste of money.
Great authentic Sichuan food and wonderful service. The dry pot series is awesome. We had the dry pot intestines (干锅肥肠) and it’s better than many of the metropolitan restaurants.
You need to be extremely careful and double-check your order. This is the second time they haven’t given us all the dishes we ordered. We ordered 10 dishes for takeaway, but they only gave us 9. Really disappointing experience.
My first impression it was the smell of the food it was so good, the food was so tasty, I really liked it. My favorite it was eggplant, and the chicken gizzard
