This place consistently produces great food, whether you want sandwiches or noodles, people often can't even detect that the food is all vegetarian unless you tell them so. It's fabulous, and very professional!

I went for all you can eat buffet lunch and most of the items were very oily. Probably they made it so heavy so that people eat less in the buffet lol. Didn't like it much. The ambience was not so pleasant either.

A beautifully intentional and community-centered business worth coming back to over and over again. You have to try the egg rolls and pork bahn mi!
This area has a lot of people that deserve love, support, and nourishing meals. It is so meaningful to see everyone here give back.

We stopped by ChuMinh Tofu and Veggie Deli before our flight and were so glad we did! The food was fresh and flavorful, but the highlight was definitely the bánh mì sandwich — so good that we ended up taking three more to go! Perfect spot for a quick, hearty vegan meal in Seattle.
Phenomenal variety of food at the buffet - everything is delicious! Staff/owner is soo friendly and made us an extra dish to try that wasn't on the buffet!

I have never been to Vietnam but the buffet style reminded me so much of vegan buffets in Taiwan, which I loved. I thought the food was great. I want to try their banh mi next time. It is expensive but AFAIK the only vegan place in the ID so that’s something special! And I appreciated their immigrant rights signage. 🥰 Buffets always feel kind of unsanitary to me TBH (like by definition), but it didn’t feel any more unsanitary than any other buffet… the food safety rating is “good” as of now (10/2025). It seemed clean to me. It’s true that there are many people hanging around outside the parking lot, but the people complaining about that are not grasping total liberation IMO. It has to include humans. No one should be unhoused but as long as people are, we shouldn’t avert our eyes.

Chu Minh is a sea of delicious vegan tranquility on an otherwise troubled corner. The spicy tofu is 🔥, and the service is always friendly and kind. I’m excited to try some of the larger plates next time.

As a huge tofu fan I’m so glad I checked this place out on my visit to Seattle! I tried the buffet and there are so many different kinds of tofu with varying flavors and textures.

The staff was nice but the food at the buffet was barely warm and most dishes weren’t good. The buffet looked like it was in the kitchen area with someone cooking at a wok right in front of the buffet. It wasn’t very clean either. Sadly, it might be one of the worst restaurants that we’ve been to. There was also a large group of people using drugs on the sidewalk outside of the parking lot. We all did the buffet but maybe if you ordered off the menu it would be better? WI would just recommend going anywhere else.
