This was our first time eating at this small but charming, lush and inviting restaurant. Fabulous outdoor spaces. The seats are rather uncomfortable. The dolmas were delicious but the grape leaves were chewy and stringy. Also the falafel seemed overcooked. We will definitely be back however. Reservations are absolutely necessary. Parking in this densely populated neighborhood is scarce. We'll use public transit or a ride share next time.
We enjoyed the Bastille day celebration. The appetizers were excellent and sitting outside was nice. However, the chairs (stools) were very uncomfortable and the server did not seem to know much about the wines for the tasting. We had to ask several times for the next wine.
Food was delish but it took us 45 mins to get hot water and 1hr to get the appetizers. The server was nice but not attentive. I think they are very under staffed. As much as I enjoyed the food, I would not go back again due to the lack of service.
