I think they changed owners a couple of months ago, but they are still super friendly! They had some great deals for students during finals week last quarter which was amazing like free senzu bean coffee (super strong!)! I wish they had as many rooibos tea options as before but it's still one of my favorite places to study on the Ave.

Citra is hands down the best place to study on the Ave. The Boba, Senzu bean, and froyo are all delicious and reasonably priced. All the employees are super sweet and really seem to care about making the customers feel at home! Comfortable seating and calming music make the whole experience even better!

So many reasons to love Citra! It’s a great space to do homework and relax to peaceful classical music with some high-quality milk tea. While I wish the boba had a bit more flavor at times, the teas are excellent. The owner and other staff are always amazing, and going here always makes my day.

I am a big fan of this place. The owner is so warm, accommodating, and super friendly. I was also seriously impressed by the fruit patbingsu we ordered. So refreshing on a nice summer day. Make sure to grab a cap and decorate it :D

IM SPEECHLESS! This place is so good I’ve been craving it since I left. The tropical paradise fruit smoothie is so good and refreshing - bonus that the women working were so friendly!!! LOVE!!!!!

my husband and I just left this shop just a few moments ago & I just had to leave a review!the woman (who i’m guessing is the owner) was so sweet to my husband and I while we ordered and waited for our smoothies to be made. instead of yelling across the shops (which can sometimes be embarrassing) she came right up to where we were sitting & handed us both our drinks so sweetly and wished us a good night. the way she was so kind & you can feel her love just from her handing us our drinks was so sweet. we’ve decided this will be our smoothies place from here on out!

Amazing hot chocolate! The owner/employees are very polite and make good conversation. This is my favorite place on the Ave so far.

My friend brought me here and I'm so glad they did! The owner is very sweet and makes hot bubble tea at the perfect temperature. She is very nice and remembers customers. The waffles are delicious! I did not even know taro soft serve existed, it's great. The customer bottle cap art on the walls and table is a unique touch, fun to look at and talk about while dining, and fun to contribute to. Very memorable and very much deserves 5 stars!

5/5 stars for the kindness and great service by the owner of the shop. During the Valentine’s Day snowstorm, she kept her shop open and was so warm, friendly and helpful to all her patrons. I saw her interaction with a lot of regulars and it’s obvious she cares a lot about her customers & community.That said, the bubble tea is also really good. It took a little bit to get mine, but you know it’s fresh because you can see the shelves of tea leaves she uses to brew your tea. The rose bubble tea was delicious, one of the better bubble teas I’ve gotten on the Ave.Will be back here for sure.

A must stop vegan location in Seattle!!! They have the most delicious soy vegan froyo (add the mochi as the topping!) that I’ve had anywhere across the US!!! My boyfriend used to live close by to here when we discovered it, but now we drive 15 min just to get here. Super reasonable coffee prices too! And the owner is so nice :)

It's absolutely amazing that they're open and functional during covid. The owner is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel welcome, and is great with her suggestions. They're open to bringing pets and makes it very welcomed.This was my second time visiting cites. I got their taro milk tea smoothie with bubbles and no sugar. Very open to customizations. Also do check out their froyos!
