Best dessert shop in town! My all-time favorite is the strawberry nutella shibuya toast, never disappoints!
good spot for a sweet treat
Coche Valley Dessert Cafe is a really nice, cozy spot with amazing food and desserts. The cafe is almost always busy, which says a lot—but it’s absolutely worth the wait. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the desserts are especially decadent and indulgent without being over the top. A great place to treat yourself or catch up with friends if you don’t mind a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I like that its open late by seattle standards as in 10pm but also the owner and workers are quite chill. You can prob stay a few extra minutes its fine. The drinks and desserts here are great!
I payed 80 dollars for only 6 things. If you’re ever feeling dessert, do not make this your first option, if you do so do not get that “ice cream” thing. It looks like ice cream but instead it’s straight snowflakes. It’s no good. DO NOT LET THE FIRST PHOTO WHICH IS THE BEFORE DECEIVE U. The make the ice cream thing seem good but the whole opposite. The rest of the items were tbh good ngl.
Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft, fluffy milk bread on the inside, the Shibuya toast was done just right.
Nutella, chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, and strawberries complemented each other beautifully.
The quality shows in how busy the café is—clearly a crowd favorite.
We got the Nutella strawberry milk bread and it was absolutely delicious! Portions are generous and even on a weekend there was good seating. Nice vibe, we will be back to try other items!

It's a cute cafe with a decent amount of seating. The first visit I had an opportunity to have the Oreo crepe which was good and brought the Banana coffee dessert from the display case back home for my mom and she loved it.
Previously I had no idea they only sell the souffle pancakes until they run out, but after visiting the first time, they've since added that detail to their website which I greatly appreciate and I hope it helps others to plan accordingly.
I'm in Marysville so to ease the distance the first time I took the light rail to get there, but having gone that way I would recommend driving, it's in a part of the Cap Hill area that it's easier to find parking relatively near by.
On the second visit we came right when doors opened. There was already a considerable line growing that kept steady for the hour or so while we sat there. Having finally had the souffle pancakes they were fantastic. There's one savory option and a sweet option, both were jam packed full of flavor, I would recommend getting both but it's hard to get through them with good timing unless you're sharing with someone. Especially since the strawberry flavor has ice cream on it.
If you plan to get something to go to take with you after eating I would recommend ordering it all at once with what you plan to have there. In our experience when we ordered to go from the display case, it took longer than expected for them to have time to bag them for us, which we didn't mind, it was obvious that they had a lot to keep up with. We got two slices of crepe cake to bring home with us and they were delightful. Held up well in the car for the next two hours and still looked pretty in the fridge even hours later than that.
Its a nice cozy place. Perfect for brunch date! Food is good. We had soufflé pancakes and we loved it.
Liked it! Something different.

This dessert cafe exceeded my expectations! I tried the Eggs Benedict Souffle, and the texture was unmatched—incredibly fluffy and bouncy. It’s rare to find a savory souffle done this well. We also tried the strawberry souffle pancake, which was just as impressive, both dishes were served with care.
We arrived at a good time and found a seat by the window immediately, but I noticed they have a large communal table which is a nice option if you don't mind sharing. If you are looking for aesthetic food that actually tastes good, this is the place.
No options without for vegan (no egg)
Love it !
The portion size was huge - one dessert is good for 2 people easy
Everything was fresh and tasty. Would come again for sure!
