Cocina Casera is one of my favorite Seattle restaurants! I usually get the Venezuelan fusion bowl, with a side of tostones, yucca fries, or an empanada. The food is always exquisitely spiced with exactly the right amount of oil and salt. As a vegan, I find the options for me make zero sacrifices of flavor, and my partner who isn't vegan loves the meat options too.
