I’ve been to Colibri a few times now, and it never disappoints. The food is packed with flavor, the portions are great, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. It’s the kind of place I keep coming back to whenever I’m craving good Mexican food. Definitely worth checking out!
Excellent experience visiting here to celebrate friends bdays. Truthfully had my qualms about going to a sit down Mexican restaurant in the city, but was incredibly impressed by the quality of the food and service. They were incredibly busy from pride and World Cup games going on, but our server was incredible, frequently checking in on us.

Absolutely lovely vibes. We had quesadillas, enchiladas, and burritos, and mocktails, and they were all delicious. Delightful staff. Charming atmosphere. Perfect place for a tasty evening with friends!
