Collins Pub is straight-up dependable. Food is higher-end, staff is attentive, and selection is good. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and a bit classier without being snooty. Good stuff.
We already ate here for lunch, and it was fantastic. The waitress was perfect. 👌
We also tried (twice) to have dinner, but it was closed, although it was said to be open 🤷♂️ (on maps)

If you like vegetables, you must go there. I love the amount of salad
I was full so I went for beer and had steak salad. Wow😘
